Went there for the first time as a group of 9. Really impressed with the quality of the food. They came in good time & the standard is high. My mum's Crispy Salmon Asian dish came nice and crispy. The Moroccan lamb was tasty and I enjoyed my platter. The portion was generous and the staff who served us was a really friendly guy. Will be coming back - recommended!

We came here for our first time for my bestie's surprise birthday. We gave the cake to the staff who were very good about it and that's kinda where the experience went downhill from there. The food was alright, we felt bad coz we felt like we were "those difficult" customers coz we kept having to ask for things because our table wasn't set properly, the guy went to get us some glasses and water and never came back. Our table was missing napkins and cutlery then we were short one plate, we honestly felt bad for the amount of times we had to ask for things but we weren't on any strict time schedule or anything so were happy to wait. They were great with bringing out the birthday cake and surprising my friend 😊

I wasn't sure what to expect from this place but my stepdaughter wanted to come here & I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were accommodating, made sure we were comfortable, professional & prompt. They didn't bug us every 5 mins but didn't leave us waiting either. Food was on point & proportions were good. I had the pumpkin & spinach risotto with chicken & my stepdaughter (a very fussy eater) had the garlic pizza while my fiancee had the steak sandwich & chips. I tried a little of theirs & it was equally as good as mine. The menu was pretty vast & catered to a lot of tastes & diets. I had two cocktails, a whiskey sour & a Bali Party. The Bali Party was my favourite. Happy to recommend this place. They do breakfast, lunch & dinner. I'd like to return to try their breakfast as it looked tasty.

i love eating in the Groove Train Carousel. although the price is a little bit steep for an international student like me, joining the membership allows me to have 10% discount. the pictures attached are proof of how often i eat here, and i totally recommend the moroccan chicken and chicken parmigiana and also the spaghetti pescatore. service here is really nice too and the ambiance is great. if you do wanna come here during peak hours, just book a thru phone or website so that you dont have to wait to be seated.

AMAZING!!! Absolutely incredible place to eat! Customer service was professional, prompt and friendly.. our waiter had exceptional knowledge of the dishes on the menu when we asked questions. The food was absolutely delicious!!! Fresh, flavoursome... fantastic variety of different meals to choose from too! Coffee was excellent! Wait times for drinks and food was minimal.. very impressive. Great atmosphere.. very relaxing and the restaurants was exceptionally clean! Will be going back for sure! New favourite place to eat! Thank you to the awesome staff! Customer service as it should be!

Came here on new years eve for lunch because it was quiet - clearly it was quiet for a reason. Service was terrible, there was only 1 other table and the staff couldn’t even bring us water for about 20 minutes. Food took ages and was small portions yet very overpriced - tasted bland and overcooked. At one point one of the waitresses was lying down on the couch, so unprofessional! Our bill came to $100, what a waste.

My visit to The Groove Train Carousel left much to be desired. The waiters were consistently rude, the fruit was out of season and not ripe, and the French toast, despite being below average, came with a price tag that felt unjustified for its small portion. A disappointing experience overall.

On Thursday, all their pasta and risotto are $20. The food was tasty and well presented. I am happy to find that there are still restaurants that serve a decent size portion of food! Well done. Pasta was just slightly overcooked, but for the price, the generous portion and amount of ingredients you get, you can't go wrong.
